All adults in school have a duty to ensure students are safe and a responsibility to notice and listen to students who are distressed or who are being bullied or know someone who is being bullied. Students are encouraged to tell the nearest adult, their Tutor, Head of Year, Pastoral Lead, or any member of staff they feel comfortable talking to. All incidents will be dealt with according to School Policies.
